How will I know if my order placed online has been received?
Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation number. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at 802.362.3024. Please allow two - three weeks for delivery for all handbags and accessories. If you require a rush order please notify us.
What is meant by “custom-crafted”?
Each of our products is made by hand. Because each item is made individually, there may be a slight variation in size. We make every attempt to accurately display the swatch colors on our website, however due to differences in computer screen resolutions, colors may vary.
Where can I find Erin Kaukas Designs products?
In addition to our online store, our products are sold at fine craft shows and farmers markets in Southern Vermont. Please email us to request a list of upcoming shows in your area.
Return/Exchange Policy
Unused items may be returned with original receipt within fourteen (14) days of confirmed receipt. Unless return is a result of manufacturer defect, shipping costs will not be refunded. We will gladly exchange your item(s) with original receipt within 21 days of confirmed receipt. If applicable we will charge you the difference in price between the item(s) being exchanged and the new item(s). Please contact us with any questions regarding our policy.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are not refundable, or exchangeable. They expire after 1 year of inactivity and can be used online.
